Where can I buy all this merchandise?
Will there be a Banky hat available anytime soon?
Well, click HERE.
Why does my order take so long to get to me?
First, the demand has been great. Second, Kevin isn't always in New Jersey to do signings. Rest assured that when they arrive, they are beyond worth the wait.
Were the movie posters different between the various countries the films played in?
The Clerks movie poster in the US had the main photo of Dante, Veronica, Caitlin, Randal, and Silent Bob (although it looked more like Kevin Smith than Silent Bob, if you get the distinction). The Australian poster has a different pose with Dante, Veronica, Caitlin and Randal, but NO Silent Bob.
There are two versions of the Mallrats poster. One version has the "magic eye" with a little Jay and Silent Bob in the corner. This has never been available through the Stash. The other is the Drew Struzen comic book cover (one-sheet) and is available.
The Chasing Amy poster in the US has only Alyssa, but the Australian poster has Alyssa with Jay, SB, Banky and Holden. Take a look at it at Jay and Silent Bob's Seceret Stash.
There were several Dogma posters released. The US one-sheet has the cast dressed in black with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck bathed in light and wings showing. There were two British posters. The advance one-sheet had just Ben and Matt in a stained glass type design with a red coloring. The official one-sheet had the main cast (minus Jay and Silent Bob) in a stained glass motif with a blue color design. There were also the grid mini-posters which consisted of two characters each and could be seen at the Stash. The Jay and Silent Bob version of these was given away at the Dogma premiere signed by Kevin. They were later made available through the Stash signed by both Kevin and Jason Mewes. All four of these "grid posters" make up the video release poster.
Will there be a "Jersey Trilogy" box set?
Yes! Well kinda. Click HERE.
Will there be card sets for other VA movies?
Nah, as Kevin thought that they only made sense for Mallrats, so they were the only ones made.
Why can’t I find a Mallrats script anywhere?
The Mallrats script was released as a book from Kitchen Sink press. It included numerous photos and some behind the scenes essays and notes. Only a limited amound of these were made, and they have long since sold out. Unfortunately, Kitchen Sink press has since gone out of business, so any hope of printing more of these is gone. Occasionally they do appear on places like Ebay, usually selling for upward of $50 or so.
Wasn't there supposed to be a limited edition, gold plated Mallrats book, signed by Kevin and Jason Mewes?
It never was actually released because the movie tanked. It was thought that since Kevin and Jason Mewes had already done 500 copies, the books were going to be sold through the Stash web site, but no one knows if that ever really happened..
How can fans in other countries get View Askew merchandise?
"A check - or 'cheque' - would do fine" if a money order isn't possible. [It's also possible to go to a bank and transfer pounds (or, you know, whatever) into dollars, but that's probably a pain.]
How about "Register Dogs" and "Happy Scrappy Hero Pup" shirts?
"Those are both good ideas" -- Kevin
